Activity 12: Mindfulness

  1. Record in the mindfulness table the activities you do during three days with mindfulness. To make your record, consider the list of mindfulness activities in everyday life.
  2. At the end of your activity log, write a reflection based on the following questions:
    • How did you feel when doing your daily activities with mindfulness?
    • What did you discover during the process?
  3. Upload your reflection to the corresponding space.
