Activity 2: My PERMA


Review the readings, links and videos found in the icons in the left bar, before doing the activity on this topic.

Part 1:

  1. Record an experience that contributes to your well-being according to the PERMA model in three periods of the day. Use the ¨elements of wellbeing¨ table.
  2. When registering, you must be sure that it corresponds to the characteristics of the element in which you place it.
  3. Repeat the exercise for two days.

Part 2:

  1. Identify in the record of the table: "Elements of wellbeing" which are the elements that are repeated.
  2. Observe if there is any relationship at different times of the day.
  3. Select a photograph or image that represents for you the most repeated PERMA element in your record.
  4. Upload the image along with an explanation of the wellbeing element that you identified in your behavior, in the corresponding space.

Deliverable: Image with explanation (1 page).
