Part 1:
- Record an experience that contributes to your well-being according to the PERMA model in three periods of the day. Use the ¨elements of wellbeing¨ table.
- When registering, you must be sure that it corresponds to the characteristics of the element in which you place it.
- Repeat the exercise for two days.
Part 2:
- Identify in the record of the table: "Elements of wellbeing" which are the elements that are repeated.
- Observe if there is any relationship at different times of the day.
- Select a photograph or image that represents for you the most repeated PERMA element in your record.
- Upload the image along with an explanation of the wellbeing element that you identified in your behavior, in the corresponding space.
Deliverable: Image with explanation (1 page).
