Activity objective

To analyze the role of foreign direct investment (FDI) in each sector and industry, the role of private and public investments, and the way industries are concentrated in regional clusters.

Instructions

1. Develop a diagram applying Porter's Value Chain to the automotive industry in the Americas.
2. Investigate and highlight the Latin American locations that play an important role in the industry. It is mandatory to use recent references.
3. Find which locations abroad are like the ones in Mexico and explain why.
