Instructions

As a CEO in an American company, you want to do business with a country in Latin America, but this time you must choose in what country you want to expand your business. Consider aspects, such as the location, the complexity of doing business in that country, the logistics and identify what you should know before doing business in Latin America.

1. Which sector does your industry belong to?
2. What will be your goal?
3. Name the entry requirements for your company.
4. What are the biggest entry challenges and barriers that entrepreneurs and foreign investors face to enter in the country of choice?
5. In which Latin American countries can you easily do business speaking English? Are business norms a little more aligned with North America?
