2. Mention two examples of sustainable activities from the case and explain them.
3. Make a diagram of IKEA's supply chain and highlight in green the activities that belong to the primary sector, in red those from the secondary sector, and in blue those from the tertiary sector.
4. List all the actions that IKEA uses to influence the supply chain to have sustainable practices.
5. Evaluate and explain the long-term effect of these actions in the furnishing industry.
