To understand the cultural dimensions from the GLOBE project as an effective tool to deal with leadership in different cultures. Migrations trends, age distribution in a country, and economic variables such as GDP per capita, investment, and trade are all socioeconomic factors to look at in a country where Mexico might be interested.


Description

In this lesson you will learn that the political environment does impact the economy and the whole society, in particular immigration. So, when trying to do business in Europe or Asia, we must be ready and willing to deal with a wide variety of cultures and subcultures. Both regions host ancient civilizations with strong personalities, so it takes time and effort to get familiar with their business etiquette.
