Review the following cultural indicators:

Ethics and corruption.
Primary education.
Higher education.

Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Australia, Korea, China, and Thailand are considered the top 10 countries from Asia and the Pacific. Rank them according to the cultural indicators above.
